I think I need a medium one .. one is too dark the other too light..

Jan. Thaw

The weather has warmed up this weekend so I was able to get outside and take a few pictures with out freezing.This is a little creek that is a few miles away from my home.

I ordered my new camera this weekend... I have been told it will be here Wed..
I hope to add lots of Macro photos this spring and summer, with my new Nikon D90.

I got them eating out of my hand...

A girl friend of mine told me about a park near by that the birds will eat right out of your hands... So we went over there today with the weather being so nice... These are just a few of the pictures we took. It felt so funny to have them land on your hand.. And a few of them tried to land on our heads..

This is a sweet capture I got earlier this week, I have been trying to get a good picture of him for weeks, the picture below him is one of them... But today he landed on the tree and looked right at me..

This top picture is with the anti shake control on..The blue jay is with it off.

I have been playing with some of my settings I found out if you use your tripod you can turn off the anti shake control and it makes the picture more clear..

Wolf Creek

I just love playing with my new plugin topaz. So here is a pic I took in Letchworth State Park this fall. I need to brave the winter weather and get some snow pictures.

I used a plugin for the photos above. I really like how they came out. I also love watercolors, so this plugin fits me nicely.

Window Pass By..

I walked passed my kitchen window the other day as the sun was setting when I seen this view.
So I grabbed my camera real off the kitchen table and took a few fast shots of it, I didn't even put my shoes on...I had to hurry.... the grass was very cold and wet,The price we pay for our art... In just a few minutes the sun was down and the shot was no more....I really love it I hope you do too...
